How do I search for a doctor or hospital on Medzillo?
Use the homepage search bar or specialty/hospital tabs to find a doctor by name, specialty, or hospital.

What does entering a queue mean?
It means you've reserved your spot in a digital waiting list for offline consultation at the selected hospital.

Can I book consultations for my family members?
Yes, you can manage and book for multiple family members under one account.

How do I know my position in the queue?
Your token number and queue status are shown in the Queue Card on the home/dashboard.

What happens if the doctor rejects my consultation?
The status will be updated to "Rejected." You can rebook with another available slot.

How is the patient queue organized?
Patients are grouped based on hospital, date, and time slot. Each combination creates a unique queue.

Yes, use the "Schedule Next Consultation" button on the patient view page.

How do I manage non-working days?
Go to your dashboard > Manage Non-Working Days to block dates from receiving bookings.

What is the purpose of the 'Mark as Rejected' button?
It removes a patient from the active queue and updates the patient's app accordingly.

How do I send brochures to a doctor?
Scan the doctor's QR, select a brochure from your profile, write a message, and hit "Submit."

What happens after I submit a brochure?
The doctor can review it, reject it, save it for later, or schedule a meeting with you.

How do I know if a doctor viewed or saved my brochure?
Check your profile's upcoming meetings or track saved interactions on your dashboard.

Why did my brochure submission disappear?
If a doctor takes no action on it within 7 days, the file expires and disappears from their view.

Yes, visit your dashboard to access history logs and the "Brochure Analytics" section.
